The Electronic Refund Check is generally available 8 to 15 days after the IRS accepts your tax return. Tax preparation service fees and other fees are deducted from the tax refund amount. So you pay nothing up front for the Electronic Refund Check option
IRS Direct Check
If you choose our IRS Direct Check tax refund option, you can receive your tax refund directly from the IRS. When used in conjunction with direct deposit, you can generally have your tax refund deposited into your personal bank account within 11 to 17 days. Or, choose to have your tax refund mailed directly to you by the IRS, generally within 18 to 21 days (when you use our e-filing tax service). With the IRS Direct Check, all tax preparation and any additional fees are paid at the time of the tax service.
